Please keep in mind that insurance benefits are a personal contract between you and the insurance company of your choice. For more information about your specific plan, please contact your plan administrator on the back of your insurance card and inquire about calendar year deductibles and plan exclusions and/or limitations for therapy services.

As a courtesy to you, Therapy Group of Tucson, PLLC will bill your therapy services to your insurance company, provided that you submit all the necessary information to us. You are responsible for any portion of your charges remaining unpaid by your insurance company for your speech therapy services. You will be asked to pay your co-pay amount at the time speech therapy services are provided. It is your responsibility to be aware of any exclusions or limitations, benefits, co-payments and deductibles outlined in your insurance plan. We will gladly attempt to preauthorize visits, but a preauthorization is not a guarantee of payment.
